Crochet Flower Necklace

 This little necklace will make a great gift for a little girl. It's easy and fun to make.

Materials:
1. Aunt Lydia's size 10 - two colors
2. Small beads
3. Clasps
4. Glue gun
5. Sewing needle
6. Scissors

Abbreviations:
mr - magic ring
sl st - slip stitch
dc - double crochet
fch - foundation chain
sc - single crochet

Necklace:
fch - make as long as you'd like the necklace to be
Sew the clasps on each end.

Flower (x 2):
You can use any flower pattern but this is the one I use.

mr, sc 10
rnd 1: 5 dc in 1st st, sl st in next (repeat until the end)

Sew a bead in the middle of one of the flowers. This will be the front of the necklace. Insert thread (the same color you used to make the necklace part) through a few sts on the inside of the flower and then glue the flowers together and sew the petals if needed.

Sew the flowers to the necklace part but put another bead between the flowers and the necklace. Use the thread you inserted in the flower sts earlier.

You can also make a matching flower bracelet.
